At Lush Notes, we offer a 2-week return policy for eligible items. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your purchase date.

•Opened or used perfumes - Once a fragrance seal is broken, it cannot be returned
•Damaged packaging - Products with broken, damaged, or tampered packaging
•Items past the 2-week window - Returns requested after 14 days from purchase
•Sale or clearance items - Final sale products are not eligible for return
•Personalized or custom orders - Items made specifically for you

⚠Hygiene Reasons: Due to the personal nature of fragrances and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfumes.
⚠Inspection Required: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Items that don't meet our return criteria will be sent back to you.
⚠Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
⚠Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
